Our Staff

Joseph Mosner

Joe is the owner and operator of Golden Grange Kennels. He designed and built Golden Grange in 2002, inspired when he was unable to find a facility where he felt comfortable boarding his own dogs.

Joe and his wife Anne currently have 5 dogs, golden retrievers Chick, Sketchy and Mister, and Australian shepherds Sassy and Gizmo. Joe and his dogs currently compete in agility trials across the state, and have earned numerous AKC titles competing in both agility and obedience trials.

Lyndsay Mulligan

Lyndsay is the lead agility instructor and has been teaching classes at Golden Grange since 2009. She currently teaches four classes a week of all agility levels. Lyndsay and her border collie Smitten compete in agility trials every weekend across the country. They notably earned 2nd place in the 24" class at the Westminster Kennel Club's Masters Agility Championship in February 2018.

Lyndsay is employed full time as a veterinary technician at Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital. She and her boyfriend Rick have two Border collies Smitten and Tick-It and a Papillon Leo.

Carol Reina

Carol has been teaching all levels of competition obedience classes at Golden Grange since 2011. Her dog training career began in 1994 at Staten Island Companion Dog Training. Her first dog Seine, a chocolate lab, was a real handful, but got her hooked on dog obedience! Carol’s golden retriever Joey has qualified for 3 All Stars (novice, open and utility) and was invited to two AKC Classics in Utility and Masters. Joey presently has his UDX3 and OM3 and recently achieved his OTCH, the highest obedience honor a dog can earn.

Carol is also now competing with her 4-year old golden retriever named Grace.  Carol and her husband Charles live in Holmdel with their two golden retrievers.

Valerie Casperite

Valerie has been the instructor of our K9 Nose Work classes at Golden Grange since 2014.

Valerie actively attends seminars on dog training and animal behavior, and she and her dogs have many titles and achievements in Nose Work, conformation, rally obedience and hunt. She and her husband Tom live in Beverly with their six German Shorthaired Pointers.

Chick

Chick is a 6-year old Golden Retriever who is the star of our Facebook and Instagram pages! She is the official office greeter and training class demo dog, and competes almost every weekend across the state in agility competitions.
